LakePoint Realty Group attracts top producing agents and brokers from around the community.
McWhorter Capital Partners proudly announces the launch of LakePoint Realty Group, a residential and commercial real estate firm based in Cartersville, Georgia. Trish Sullivan has been selected as the agency's Qualifying Broker. Together, she and MCP President, Josh McWhorter, have recruited some of the area's top producing agents and brokers.
Among these are local real estate broker, Lourens Vermaas, and his team of real estate professionals at Platinum One Realty. According to Vermaas, the merger just made sense from a business standpoint. He added, “I am very excited to be joining the LakePoint Realty team and heading up the firm's commercial real estate division.”
