Latest acquisition increases inventory to 51 structures with over 130 faces spanning four major markets in Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
Cartersville, March 31, 2017: Horton Outdoor, LLC today announced the purchase agreements with USA Outdoor, American Outdoor Advertising and Quality Outdoor Advertising to acquire twelve digital and digital-static combination billboards in Birmingham, Panama City Beach, and Athens, Georgia.
This latest acquisition is the fifth phase of expansion since the company’s launch in 2016, bringing its billboard inventory to 51 structures with more than 130 faces. Of those 130 faces, eighteen are LED with the capability of supporting up to eight flips (digital advertisements) each.

McWhorter Capital Partners began building its billboard division with the initial purchase of seven Parker billboards located in Cartersville, followed six months later by another acquisition of five structures from Lewis Outdoor. Shortly thereafter, the division officially became Horton Outdoor and two additional structures were purchased from Couch Advertising in Lafayette, Georgia. On March 1st, 2017, Horton Outdoor expanded their mar
ket coverage throughout Northwest Georgia and added another 25 billboard structures to their growing inventory from Outdoor Media Group. Today’s purchase agreement is the company’s largest to date in terms of revenue potential and the first to include LED technology.
