McWhorter Capital Partners, LLC (MCP) is excited to announce the creation of The McWhorter Capital Partners Charitable Foundation (MCPCF). The trust has been set up improve the long-term financial stability of local non-profit organizations (501c3) by gifting shares of Midas Appreciation, LLLP, the firm’s top-performing investment fund consisting primarily of local and Panama City Beach real estate properties. Local attorney, John Mroczko, has been employed to oversee the trust.
MCP invites and encourages all Bartow County 501c3 organizations to apply for Foundation funding. A board consisting of the firm's executive officers, investors and community partners will consider all applicants and select three organizations that will be awarded the long-term endowment grants. The three endowment grants will be as follows:
$50,000 (50 Shares)
$25,000 (25 Shares)
$25,000 (25 Shares)
Initially, shares are valued at $1000/per. The shares can be redeemed as cash upon closure of the investment fund for the share price at that time. Until maturation, the organization will benefit from the quarterly dividend and distribution payments based on fund performance. Prior to this, cash redemption will be allowed in the amount of 10% of principle balance every twelve month period.
