Position: Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Location: Headquartered in Cartersville, GA; may involve travel throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities
Manage land lease portfolio
Negotiate with land owners and resolve lease issues
Seek opportunities for lease reductions and lease extensions
Pursue potential new lease opportunities
Develop and maintain understanding of applicable local and state ordinances
Develop relationships with local officials and DOT officials
Identify opportunities for upgrades or relocations of current assets
Explore digital conversion opportunities
Coordinate builds of new billboard structures
Assist in the evaluation of acquisition opportunities and working through due diligence
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in a related field
Valid driver's license
Willing to travel
